On arrival at the private airstrip on Ntswi Island , deep in the delta, you will be met
by welcoming hosts and shown to either Gunn's Main Camp or Gunn's Bush camp:

ACCOMMODATION

Gunn's Main Camp

The flagship accommodation offering at Gunn's Main Camp consists of seven fully
furnished, deluxe Kenya-style meru tents with en-suite bathrooms set on raised
platforms overlooking the delta plains. The honeymoon suite is built into one of the
ancient African Ebony trees and demands unsurpassable views of the meandering
waterways. The island is connected to the main camp by a small causeway crossing
the wetlands and magically lit by a series of fairylike lanterns. Guests have access to
the elevated bar, lounge and dining room, campfire boma and swimming pool.

Gunn's Bush Camp

Gunn's Bush Camp occupies the opposite end of the extensive delta concession and
functions to ensure a wonderful sense of freedom in the wilderness. Facilities include
a large wooden viewing deck built over the river, the notorious Bush Camp Cave Bar
and a sparkling swimming pool surrounded by tall ebony palm trees. Delicious two
course meals are served from the rustic restaurant and can be enjoyed under the
stars or around the campfire. There are two types of accommodation at
Gunn's Bush Camp:

Antelope accommodation

Gunn's Bush Camp, Antelope accommodation proudly offers the only accommodation
of its kind in the Delta. With its eight mini-meru tents with full beds and linen it finds
the middle ground between luxury accommodation and camping. Each tent boasts its
own private wooden deck and is set on the banks of the Boro River and guests have
access to shared bathroom facilities with traditional hand crafted finishes.

Buffalo accommodation

For the adventure market, Gunn's Bush Camp, Buffalo Accommodation offers pre
erected, 2-man dome tents with bed rolls (including mattress, pillow and blankets),
making the Delta experience accessible to large groups and the budget conscious
traveller. These too are set on wooden decks on the bank of the Boro River and
guests have access to a spacious ablution area designed to ensure privacy.
