At Gunn's Camp we partner with Crocodile Camp and other lodges to package all
encompassing Okavango Adventures that incorporate guided game drives, bush
walks, island camping, scenic flights, mokoro excursions and motor-boat cruises.
The following are 3 sample packages that can be amended to your travel
requirements:
PACKAGE ONE :
4 NIGHT OKAVANGO ADVENTURE – DELUXE LODGE ACCOMMODATION
Day one: Guests are greeted at Maun Airport and transferred to Crocodile Camp
(12km outside of town on the Moremi Rd ) in time for lunch. The afternoon is spent
settling into our deluxe chalets and relaxing by the swimming pool with riverside bar
deck. After a delicious 3-course dinner, guests can catch an early night in
preparation for the adventure ahead. Please visit www.crocodilecamp.com for

Day two: An early breakfast will be served so that our pax can get a head start for
a full day game drive into the Moremi National Park . Our experienced guide
and safari vehicle will take them through South Gate and sightings may include lion,
leopard, buffalo and packs of wild dog. The reserve is also home to plains of zebra
and a variety of buck, including the red lechwe. A picnic lunch and coolbox will be
prepacked by the Croc Camp chefs. Guests will arrive at Mankwe Lodge in time for
a hearty dinner and the evening will be spent recollecting the day's events.
Accommodation offers furnished ensuite tents with their own decks overlooking the
park. An exhilarating night drive can be organised.
Day three: After breakfast, guests will be transferred to Kwai Airstrip (2.5hr trip at
game viewing speed) where they will connect with a scenic flight by light aircraft to
Ntswe Island (just off Chief's Island ). The Gunn's Camp management team will
meet them at the airstrip and lead them to Gunn's Main Camp. Accommodation
offers furnished ensuite Meru tents , set on decks on the edge of the delta
waterways. Guests have access to the swimming pool and elevated lounge, bar and
dining area where they will be served lunch and spend the afternoon at their leisure.
An evening motorboat sunset cruise will be organised before a 3-course dinner
together with the knowledgeable management team who will enhance their sightings
by answering questions and sharing their vast experience and stories.
Day four: On the second day at Gunn's Camp, the guests will be assigned their own
personal guide for the day who will lead them in activities. Our range of
activities include mokoro excursions, bush-walks, picnics in the delta, motorboat
cruises at sunset and even wilderness, island camping if the guests so desire. They
can choose to enjoy their meals out in the delta or back at camp.
Day five: After breakfast, the guests will be transferred back to Maun Airport by
scenic flight to continue with their further travels.
PACKAGE TWO:
4 NIGHT OKAVANGO ADVENTURE – NON PARTICIPATION CAMPING
Day One: Guests are greeted at Maun Airport and transferred to Crocodile Camp

restaurant. The afternoon is spent settling into pre-erected 2-man dome tents in the
campsite and relaxing by the swimming pool with riverside bar deck. After a
delicious 3-course dinner, guests can catch an early night in preparation for the

excursion. They will then board a motorboat and enjoy sundowners on a delta
lagoon. In the interim, the guide and Mbomo Station staff will set off in a different
boat to set up camp on an island . Guest will arrive back after sundowners to the
campfire and smells of dinner cooking. The night will be spent under the stars in the
company of Africa 's most celebrated wild.
Day three: A very early breakfast before packing up camp and returning the boat
to the station by 8:00 the next morning. Guests will then be transferred at game
viewing speed to Xakanaxa Airstrip where they will connect with a scenic flight by
light aircraft to Ntswe Island . Here they will be greeted by the friendly camp
managers and shown to the Buffalo accommodation at Gunn's Bush Camp . These
are pre-erected 2-man dome tents with bedrolls on wooden platforms on the banks
of the Boro River . All meals will be served from the restaurant and guests will have
access to a swimming pool, riverside bar deck and shared bathroom facilities . An
evening motorboat sunset cruise will be organized.

Prices include accommodation, all meals, selected local beverages at Gunn's Camp,
airport transfers, scenic flights, all activities, guide fees and park fees. It excludes
drinks at Crocodile Camp and Mankwe, curios, tips and gratuities.

Important notes:
1. Guests will be travelling through areas where malaria may occur and it is
recommended that they consult their GP for medication advice.
2. Generally, the delta camps (Mankwe and Gunn's Camp) accommodate children
over the age of ten only, unless pre-arranged. Crocodile Camp welcomes children
of all ages.
3. The MRI Emergency Services are well equipped to serve the delta area and
have the infra-structure to penetrate isolated areas if need be.
4. Communication from Gunn's Camp and Mankwe to Maun by radio only.
5. Gunn's Camp and Mankwe electrical power by generator.
